Heineken EMEA & Global Duty Free is responsible for all third-party Export & License business in the EMEA region and for the Duty-Free markets globally. The EMEA&GDF OpCo independently manages a large portfolio of brands led by Heineken and has a strategic role in the development of brands across multiple markets. We are a truly international OpCo with offices in Amsterdam, Zoeterwoude, and Sweden, with more than 25 different nationalities. Our OpCo has around 100 employees and can be characterized as dynamic, professional, and ambitious.

Wat vragen wij?

As a Logistic Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing operational support for logistics within our OpCo. This includes:

Logistic support
Transport management
Processing orders that (semi-) automatically enter via an online order portal and EDI
Preparing all relevant export documentation
Working with customs systems
Creating awareness to improve SHE and carbon emissions in transport operations
Purchase to Pay processes

What do we ask?

Education: MBO+
Work experience: Preferably 3 years of experience in a logistics or export environment
Experience in the field: Customer service, Supply chain
Functional skills: Affinity with IT & procurement processes, knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Power BI
Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English
