The logistic customer service role has a hugely important and exciting role to play within our growing business. Building rapport with our clients and providing them with a professional and seamless service as well as maintaining a sound relationship with key personnel within the company. This role is ultimately the interface between client and operations.

 

Job Responsibility

  • Ability to connect instantly with people to build rapport and trust
  • Quickly build an understanding of a client’s query and endeavour to solve any issues promptly and efficiently
  • Be able to multitask by managing multiple relationships and enquiries whilst maintaining a high standard
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with care and understanding and with a professional manner
  • Maintaining an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by entering and updating client information
  • Calculating of client invoices and quotes
  • Use of Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service
  • Gain an in depth understanding of both the company and their clients

Wat vragen wij?

We are looking for someone who is available for 40 hours and speaks English fluently.

Other than that we are looking for:


  • Someone with at least 2 years experience in customer service;
  • Someone who can keep calm and juggle multiple tasks at the same time;
  • Someone who has attention to detail;
  • Ability to provide excellent level of service;
  • Being able to work alone and within a team;

What do we offer?

  • A montly salary between €2300,- and €2600,-
