We are looking for a logistic administrator for the logistic department of a global ship-building company. In this role you are responsible for the following:

  • Processing of spare part orders including material disposition, shipment preparation and complete documentation;
  • Elaboration of spare part quotations including price requests to sub suppliers and price calculations;
  • Commercial Order Processing including verification of commercial terms and conditions, as well as the issuing of invoices and credit notes;
  • Gathering of required technical information in cooperation with the responsible department technical support (MT);
  • Clarifying of tax, insurance, export, customs, forwarding and financing matters for spare part orders in cooperation with the responsible departments Accounting, Finances and Import/Export;
  • Negotiation of process and agreement on delivery date with customer;
  • Monitoring of account receivables in cooperation with the responsible department.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Fluent English in writing and speaking;
  • Technical or commercial diploma with corresponding expercience;
  • At least 3 years expercience in the same sector;
  • SAP & Microsoft Office knowledge;
  • Commercial/Technical background.
  • Available for a business trip to Germany (2 weeks) to learn from the German team.

Please note that for this role you need to work at least 2 days on location in Schiedam, The Netherlands. Therfore we can only accept applicants living in the area. If you are a non-European citizen, you need to have a Dutch work permit. If you are living outside the Netherlands and/or you are not in posession of a valid Dutch work permit, we can't acept your application.

What we offer

  • An annual salary of €4200 based on 40 hours;
  • A start in the new year (Januari 2022);
  • A contract for at least 3 months, with the posibility for an extension;
  • Travel on company expenses.
