In this position, you are responsible for the administration within the logistics department. You take care of the invoices and make the order picking lists. You communicate with the different departments about the orders and the availability of the products. You process all this in SAP.


  • Prepare shipments over the computer
  • Contact with clients/drivers/internal over the phone/mail
  • keeping track of inventory
  • overseeing shipments and deliveries

This is a fulltime job for 40 hours a week. You will work from 09.00 untill 17.30.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills: SAP, Microsoft office (Word, Excel Outlook)
  • Experience with courier booking system
  • Stress resistant and proactive. Be able to switch quickly and set the right priorities. Have an ability to effectively identify and resolve issues
  • Detail-oriented. Strong attention to detail.
  • Stay focused and patient.
  • Flexible. Able to work overtime sometimes, and able to handle changing workload in daily basis.
  • Positive and motivated.

What do we offer?


In addition to a salary between € 2200 and € 2300 gross per month, we offer:

  • weekly payment of this salary,
