Lease Administration Analyst (Law)

Corporate lease is an interesting field which changes on a daily basis. With your legal background and international mindset you are looking for a role within corporate law, where you assist with lease contracts throughout EMEA. Does this sounds interesting to you? Read further!

 

What does the role involve?


Throughout Europe there are more than two hundred retail stores. Each store has a specific lease contract. Your main focus is the collection of lease information from the lease contract. This means that you will need to get the right documents signed and provide landlords their contract version. Furthermore you will arrange that the contract gets to the company’s headquarters in the USA. Once the contract is filed in the database you will verify proper and accurate abstraction of this lease information (e.g. critical dates and clauses).


Further you provide support in researching, solving and responding to leasing issues. For this support you will be in contact with in- and external stakeholders.

  • You have a Bachelor/ Master degree in Real Estate, Law or similar;
  • You are looking for a challenge where you take ownership for your own accounts;
  • You have at least one year of working experience;
  • You are fluent in English both written and verbal;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel;
  • Solves a range of straightforward problems;
  • Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures;
  • Explains information and persuades others in straightforward situations;
  • Makes decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own priorities;
  • Accountable for contribution to team projects or sub team.
