 As a Key Account Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for top-tier clients. You'll work closely within a tight-knit team, collectively responsible for managing significant business accounts. This role demands excellent communication, commercial, and administrative skills.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Being the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel at ease throughout the entire transportation process.
  • Proactively addressing and resolving issues by identifying needs and providing effective solutions.
  • Collaborating swiftly with the inside sales team to generate quotes in response to client inquiries.
  • Providing customer-oriented reports and performance summaries to enhance understanding of transportation operations.
  • Daily tasks involve managing rates, tracking shipments, and handling discrepancies, claims, and damages.
  • Effective communication is vital, necessitating swift transitions between clients and colleagues.
  • Interaction with various internal departments and international teams is expected.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented support role in a logistics setting.
  • Affinity with commerce and transportation is essential.
  • Enthusiastic and driven individual who thrives on variety.
  • Strong prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Accuracy in data processing and familiarity with automated systems such as SAP and Excel are advantageous.
