You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process from role definition through to onboarding. This is a high-profile recruitment role for which you will already have solid direct sourcing in-house recruitment experience and knowledge of the FMCG and UK market. You will be dealing with managerial and director level roles; therefore, robust stakeholder management experience is a must.

Your accountabilities will include:
Managing internal and external recruitment activities placing priority on filling key roles in line with agreed global processes and Service Level Agreements
Direct sourcing using digital media to help cut down agency costs and build a strong talent pipeline for future vacancies
Strong team player with the ability to support team members and pick up roles across other functions when volumes are high
Design, activate and execute sourcing for priority talent initiatives (both proactively and reactively as required)
Applicant tracking system data integrity and accuracy
Networking to build, manage and maintain a pipeline of external talent taking full advantage of digital and social channels
Leveraging internal and external contacts to ensure available pools of talent for future openings
Full life-cycle recruiting with significant direct sourcing and in-house recruiting experience in a FTSE 100 company and / or consumer goods company.
Significant functional / regional recruitment experience with a proven track record of delivering high quality hires with strong line manager and candidate satisfaction
Exceptional candidate relationship skills
Experience of applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, building preferred supplier lists, recruitment advertising, web tools etc)
Good knowledge of Dutch and English
