As an Inside Sales Specialist, your primary objective will be to maximize service revenue in defined countries or regions by selling service contracts. You will serve as the main point of contact for service contracts and service-related matters at an operational level. Your responsibilities include ensuring alignment with service processes and strategies, as well as enhancing overall efficiency.


You will actively support the local service organization in achieving their goals. Your accountability extends to service revenue and team-based revenue targets.


Main Objectives:

  1. Sales: Proactively approach potential customers, respond to incoming opportunity requests, and initiate direct contact with customers to sell our service products.
  2. Business Development: Negotiate, develop, and maintain service programs.
  3. Sales-Related Administration: Analyze data, prepare for customer calls, update sales templates and worksheets, create customized quotes and offers, and ensure accurate contract entry for revenue allocation.
  4. Country-Related Administration: Collaborate with the country (service) manager and team to determine priorities and identify new market opportunities. Participate in area meetings, develop and deliver specific presentations, and assist service and sales representatives by coordinating joint ventures to secure business.
  5. Generate and Track Leads: Identify, qualify, and document leads, and follow up accordingly.

Your Team:


You’ll join a dynamic team of 12 colleagues with diverse backgrounds in Back Office Support and Inside Sales. Your team is passionate about performance and delivering state-of-the-art service to our internal customers worldwide.


The department offers significant job autonomy, and you’ll work in a fun, informal team. With colleagues of varying ages and nationalities, you’ll have ample interaction across different departments while coordinating efforts to provide exceptional service.

What to expect?

  • An hourly salary between € 18,50 - € 22,50 gross per hour;
  • Travel Allowance;
  • 25 holidays and a holiday bonus of 8,33%;
