As an Inside Sales Specialist, your main goal will be to maximize service revenue in defined countries or regions by selling Service contracts. You will be the main contact for service contracts and service business on an operational level.


You will be assuring their alignment with service processes and strategies and will help increasing their efficiency. You effectively support the local service organization in achieving their goals. You are accountable for service revenue and the team based revenue targets. 


Main objectives

Sales: Proactively approach potential customers, respond to incoming opportunity requests and initiate direct contact with customers in order to sell our Service products.

Business development: Negotiate/develop/maintain service programs.

Sales-related administration: Analyze data and prepare for customer calls. Update sales templates and worksheets, create customized quotes and/or offers, accurate contract entry to ensure correct revenue allocation.

Country-related administration: collaborate with the country (service) manager and team to determine priorities and new market opportunities. You participate in area meetings, develop and deliver specific presentations and assist service and sales reps by coordinating joint ventures to secure business.

Generate and track leads: Identify, qualify and document leads and follow-up. 


Your team

You will be joining a dynamic team of 12 colleagues with diverse backgrounds in Back Office Support and Inside Sales. Your team is passionate for performance, and delivering state of the art Service to our internal customers all over the globe.

 

The great thing about your department is that you will get a lot of freedom in your job and you will work in a fun team. It’s a very diverse team in both age and nationalities and we have an informal culture. You have a lot of contact with your colleagues in different departments, while you are coordinating our efforts to provide great service.


You will love working in our open office space because it makes the collaboration with your colleagues even better. If you feel like having a chat, simply step into one of the coffee corners. If you need to focus, there are one-person offices to do so. In our meeting rooms, you even get to write on the walls.

What to expect?

  • An hourly salary between € 18,38 - € 22,00 gross per hour;
  • Travel Allowance;
  • 25 holidays and a holiday bonus of 8,33%;
  • It is allowed to work hybride;
