Do you want to learn more about IT skills and combine it with customer service? Do you want to work as IT customer support in a dynamic and international ICT organization? If this is what you are looking for, please continue reading: we are looking for a German-speaking IT support for our ICT client in Hoensbroek.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


•Learn about the company's ICT products;

•Customer liaison via phone, email or remote control;

•Technical fault analysis & troubleshooting;

•Answer calls and e-mails in line with team KPIs;

•Keep customers informed of the status of helpdesk issues;

•Monitor performance of installed software and hardware;

•Respond in time to urgent matters

•Escalate issue to development team on request;

•Provide training / create documentation as needed.

Wat vragen wij?

REQUIRED SKILLS


•Interest in customer communication and solving IT issues;

Basic understanding of PC networking hardware/software concepts;

•The will to improve IT knowledge based on company's internal training and instructions;

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

•Excellent Team Player;

•Fluent English;

•Fluent German or French.


 

DESIRED SKILLS (if you have this, it is a plus)


•Familiarity with Citrix platform

•Experience with customer facing support

•Experience in the trucking industry

 

EDUCATION


MBO/HBO diploma in technical/mechanical direction.

It is not a must but it is more important you are like to learn more about IT skills on the job.


WHAT WE OFFER
