You will be the recruitment leader who will direct the talent supply for the Western European Multi-Country Netherlands/Belgium/Luxembourg/Ireland). What are you going to do?

  • Design, lead, implement, evaluate, and monitor the entire talent acquisition process to meet the recruitment goals and objectives of various business departments and countries in the Western European region;
  • Present innovative approaches to identify talent delivery channels for both entry-level and experienced hires, including active and passive candidates;
  • Deeply and comprehensively understand the recruitment needs by effectively communicating with company business departments and providing support to successfully source qualified candidates;
  • Support the company's recruitment branding strategy to effectively attract top talent by building awareness;
  • Combine internal company strategy with external market statistics and industry trends to provide instructive and forward-looking insights or guidance to help attract, retain, and develop talent.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Management, Psychology, Law, Business Management, etc. (For fresh graduates);
  • Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies targeting high-demand technology skillsets is an advantage (For experienced candidates);
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of responsibility, are expected, especially in a multicultural environment;
  • Fluent English and Chinese are mandatory; other languages will be a bonus;
  • Candidate must be eligible to work within the Netherlands.
