Are you the administrative HR wonder who wants to work at the European Headquarters of one of the biggest sport’s brands? We have a fulltime temporary role for 6 months starting as soon as possible. In this role you will support the HR Workforce Administration team in various administrative tasks for the EMEA HQ.

 

What does the role involve?

 You will manage tasks associated with the different events during the entire employee life-cycle such as hires, moves, promotions, exits; delivering the end to end service, including SAP Master data maintenance and creation of documents associated with such events (contracts, amendment letters, etc.).

 

Key performance indicators and service level agreements are not new to you as well delivering high quality and accuracy. You work efficiently and ensure high quality of HR Master Data and legally required documents on a timely matter. Your work style can be described as self-driven, proactive and a great team player.

 

  • Ensure high quality of HR Master Data and legally required documents.
  • Ensure compliance to relevant policies and procedures as well as all relevant country laws and regulations.
  • Analyze complex problems and provides solutions using existing processes.
  • Be an expert in SAP HRM System in data entry and reporting essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts to senior and business audiences.
  • Partner with Sr Specialist / Team lead to define process improvement areas and supports to design, document and implement such process improvements.
  • Responsible for analyzing interface error report outcome, performing corrections and root cause analysis.
  • Recommends report adjustments.
  • Hold a decision making authority, works within guidelines and objectives.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar
  • At least 1 year work experience within a similar administrative environment
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
  • Worked with ERP systems (e.g. SAP.)
  • Collaboration and Customer Service Mindset
  • Flexibility and ability to balance competing priorities
  • Work well in a team driven environment as well as with cross functional teams
  • Effectively execute assigned daily tasks, manage multiple priorities, and work within tight deadlines, while maintaining a high-level of quality, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Eye for detail and keen on delivering solutions for employees and Stakeholders.
  • We expect you to be fluent in English.
