What does the role involve?

We are looking for a HR Retail Project Manager for 40 hours per week who is available to join the team at the European Headquarters of our client. Your focus will be on the execution of HR initiatives and programs for the NIKE store Athletes across EMEA.


As the HR Retail Project Manager, HR Athlete Initiatives, you will be reporting into the Director HR Business Partner. Together you will identify areas for improvement through your assessments and review. You will have multiple projects to work on at the same time and implement this in EMEA. You'll partner with other Retail Cross Functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of training and process between different store functions. You will align with cross functional teams on an approach to effectively support the business and Nike store athletes.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, for example as a HR Generalist or in the Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations team
  • Knowledge of the retail landscape, retail business drivers and retail HR practices
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects and programs involving cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization – ability to make the complex simple, and adjust communication style and content to the relevant audience
  • Experience in delivering solutions across multiple countries
