HR Generalist

We’re looking for administrative help for our HR team in Europe. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience working in benefits and HR operations. The role requires the ability to interface with both employees and third party vendors, as well as comfort with HR systems (we use Workday). French and/or German fluency is a plus.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact when employees have questions about benefits, payroll, or other key employee lifecycle moments (hiring, leaves, departures, etc).
  • Manage relationships with vendors (primarily in the benefits space), responding to appropriate data requests and disseminating information to employees.
  • Ensure that as much as possible we are capturing all data in Workday, and help us continue to look for smarter ways to integrate this new tool into our daily operations.
  • Keep employee resources up to date and encourage employee self-service when possible.
  • Support employees across Europe, including the Netherlands, France, UK, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and Belgium.
  • Work with a global HR team, helping to ensure a consistent global experience for Sonos employees where possible and helping the global team to understand when local guidelines require something to be done differently.
