Drive and manage end to end implementation of the new Successfactors HR modules

• Collaborate with external implementation partners, HR and business stakeholders to ensure technical solution will satisfy business requirements

• Provide functional and technical support, identify and troubleshoot system problems. Ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, process improvement as needed

• Develop, implement and maintain, user procedures, guidelines and business processes documentation

• Train HR and business users, including developing training materials, user procedures, guidelines and documentation

• Perform analysis of existing HR systems functionality, recommend and configure process improvements and system enhancements to optimize their value to the business

• Ensure our HR processes are easy to use, easy to scale, and a source of value and satisfaction for all stakeholders

• Lead the management of annual compensation focal review projects

• Demonstrated ability to assess business needs and develop compensation programs that meet those needs

• Experience having built and implemented infrastructures associated with compensation management and budget management including salary structures, merit budgets, equity budgets, etc.

• Conduct analysis and review of various worldwide compensation programs and propose improvements to senior leaders

• Assess effectiveness of the company’s compensation programs based on our pay for performance philosophy

• Compose compensation market data composites from multiple survey sources to formulate recommended pay levels and to conduct competitive analyses

• Manage all aspects of the annual mid-year compensation update from initiation through delivery

• Create and lead compensation trainings for HR, managers and employees as appropriate

• Own the Human Resources communication by driving key messages for processes and programs

• Create manager communication and provide direction and guidance messaging to employees


This is a job where you can work hybride between 09.00 and 17.30. Our client is looking for a candidate who can work at least 32 hours a week. Our client wants to hire you directly!

Wat vragen wij?

Your profile:


  • BA or BS in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent preferred 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading system implementation preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience planning and executing communications and leading HR initiatives in a mid to large company of at least 1,000 employees preferred 
  • At least 5 years of progressive compensation experience, including base salary, incentive plan design, and sales compensation plan design preferred 
  • Have to be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment
  • Strong excel analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead, develop and implement HRIS-related projects
  • Relentless execution of functional system enhancements, assessments and communication
  • A strong recognition of opportunities for automation and ability to project plan
  • Robust knowledge of business processes, step configuration, advanced and matrix reports, dashboard configuration, and running tests
  • Experience leading projects by gathering requirements, architectonic system configuration, running tests, and implementation
  • An ability to flex and shift quickly as business needs change, sometimes at the speed of light
  • The ability to work with and influence senior leaders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to present data and recommendations in an organized and logical manner to all levels of an organization
  • Extensive business acumen and a solid understanding of competitive compensation practices
