As an HR Benefits Operations Analyst you will contribute to the administration of benefits programs for assigned country Belgium and the Nordics. Within the Benefits Operations Team you will provide high level support to internal customers as well as external vendors.
Your specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Process Management:
Perform complex Benefits or Leave data-related changes that require specialized knowledge and ensure data accuracy in SAP. Handle situations that require complex research, auditing and detailed knowledge of applicable area to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
Coordinate work of external vendors and track performance. Interprets customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard requests involving all necessary stakeholders.

Service Excellence:
Deliver service excellence to employees and Human Resource Shared Center teammates by responding in a professional, accurate and timely manner to all calls, emails and CRM Tool (Right Now) issues concerning Benefit or Leave programs.
Communicate updates to other Global Shared Services departments to ensure timely and accurate workflow of data. Includes submitting all information changes to Data Management/Payroll via appropriate format (forms, email, systematically, etc.) to facilitate entry in HR systems.

Process Improvement:
Active contributor to continuous process improvement, relevant and effective knowledge data base and adequate utilization of HR systems and tools. Applies best practices and knowledge of internal/external business challenges to improve products, processes or services (Recommends change to metrics, service level agreements with vendors and vendor relationship improvements based on analysis)

Who are you:
You have a Bachelor/Master diploma.
Experience with HR (Benefits) Operations environment is required, minimum 2-3 years.
Strong vendor management experience plus affinity with HRMS systems (SAP preferred).
Team player, Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving attitude.
Great communication skills to connect with the various departments.
Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and verbal communications).
