What you’ll achieve:

As an HR Shared Services Analyst, you play a pivotal role in managing HR operations on the Dutch site and act as point of contact towards business stakeholders & team members. You will provide exceptional customer service whilst delivering HR admin support to all employees related to but not limited to on-boarding, off-boarding, data administration, benefits support and time & attendance. As part of this role you will take part in various HR projects as a HR Operations representative. 

You will:

  • Be responsible for providing daily operational support for internal client group on record keeping, onboarding, off boarding, internal transfer, employment contract management, employee letters, employment certificates, visa support documentation, allowance changes and leave tool management.
  • Oversee and manage a wide range of team members’ benefits administration/programs (i.e. medical/social benefits & claims, life and supplementary insurance, pension and allowances). Own records management for the entire employee population including both soft and hard copy
  • Establish continuous improvement process, whereby performance translates directly into correction action plans and resulting improvements. Streamline and simplify end-to-end HR operations processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with HR & other business functions, collaborate across HR functions and payroll to ensure accuracy of team members’ pay items and as a support to other employees within the team
  • Participate & lead HR Operations projects for your country/region and support tools and systems. Analyze and evaluate data and reports, present findings & solutions to leadership

Wat vragen wij?

Essential Requirements

  • Good communication skills in both Dutch as well as English
  • At least 2 years of working experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or the like
  • Bachelor’s degrees working level, ideally in the fields of personnel management/human resources
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer orientation, attention to the detail, ability to work independently & organize daily priorities

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge of Dutch labor legislation
