  • Responsible for day to day operations of all HR functions for our European organization
  • Administrate the European HR mailbox, handle employee requests or forward them to the appropriate person
  • Assist in hiring, on-boarding, change and exit process, prepare relevant documentations
  • Set up new starters on HRIS system and update employee information on the system
  • Create and maintain employee files and documentations in the archives
  • Process sick leave requests on HRIS system and monitor sickness cases on a regular basis
  • Administrate leave of absence process and prepares all related documents/correspondence
  • Administrate all employment data in the employee life cycle and create reports upon request
  • Work closely with other HR members and Finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution
  • Other related duties as assigned or required

This is a full-time position.

Wat vragen wij?

Your profile:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration
  • 1-2 years of experience in an international company in a similar HR Administrator role
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Dutch is a must. Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PPT)
  • Ability to handle tasks with a sense of urgency and confidentiality
  • Remarkable attention to details
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Can-do mentality and readiness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to managers/employees
  • HRIS systems experience is a plus (SAP Success Factors, ADP etc.)
  • You are allowed to work in the Netherlands
