As a Heineken Ambassador, you will play a key-role in making sure that we create Heineken Ambassadors all over the world. Our mission is to bring people together to create long-lasting memories. Heineken was born in Amsterdam, but was raised by the World and we strive to keep exceeding expectations.
As a Heineken Ambassador, it's all about:
• Sharing stories about our brand heritage with our international guests;
• Engage and entertain our visitors with captivating stories about our brand and its history;

• Master the art of pouring a refreshing Heineken for every guest, ensuring they have an ultimate experience.
Waar ga je werken?
The Heineken Experience is located in the former Heineken brewery in Amsterdam. Inside the monumental building, we bring history to life through a self-guided tour where guests learn about the four family generations, the brewing process and the Heineken brand through an interactive way, accompanied by a fresh cheers’ in the end.
Next to the regular tour, the Heineken Experience offers private VIP tours, Rock the City boat tours and we are also an event venue with over 7 different bars and event spaces. The HEINEKEN Company operates in over 70 markets and embraces inclusion and diversity while working in a multi-cultural environment. The Heineken Experience invites guests from all over the world and has a diverse group of employees.
Wat vragen wij?
• You are 18 years old or above;
• You are full of energy and enjoy sharing this enthusiasm with others;
• You are a true team player and enjoy collaborating with others;
• Fluent English is a must, and proficiency in a second language is a plus;
• Experience in Hospitality, Horeca, or events is required;
• You are available to work a minimum of 2 days per week (1 weekday and 1 weekend day)
and you can provide your preferred days 2-4 weeks in advance;
• You are able to visit our selection day on the 11th of september
• You are able to be present on the onboarding day on the 14th of september
• You are willing to invest in the training opportunities the Heineken Experience offers;
• And of course, you love beer!
Wat bieden wij?
• An hourly wage of €15.15 (€17.70 including 116.80% allowance);
• 100% OV Travel allowance;
• €0.21 kilometer compensation (if by car);
• 8.33% vacation allowance and 25 vacation days (for full-time);
• You will join our pension fund from day one;
