For our client in Utrecht, We are looking for a Guest Service Coordinator for 32-40 hour a week. 

 

What your work will be:

As a guest services coordinator, you will be manage the front desk, help build the student community and also have administrative duties.


  • You will checking in and out of new tenants. You give them a warm welcome and a good first and last impression
  • You process the rental administration. Such as setting up new contracts, renewing contracts, making calculations of costs in case of damages, for example. In addition you signal overdue rent to your manager
  • On a regular basis you organize welcome and community events. You investigate what people like and exchange experiences with colleagues
  • You ensure that policies are followed, also regarding environment-social-governance. You make sure that safety and compliance trainings are followed

They have been building quality and reliable student housing since 2007 as owners and operators for students looking for a place where they can study, live and live in ideal conditions.

What do we ask for?

  •  You have a driver’s license;
  • You have at least MBO working and thinking level;
  • You can communicate well in English;
  • This is a full-time position (40 hours a week). The start date is as soon as possible. Yu can work here for a longer period of time.

  •  You enjoy connecting with people and have a passion for this.
