Do you want to own each stage of the Heineken Experience’s sales funnel to kickstart relationships with potential prospects and convert them into clients? Be on the front lines of raising awareness and generating interest? Helping potential and returning customers identify where and how the Heineken Experience could be of help? Than this is your vacancy!

Your missions are to define our:

key value propositions (products and services);
key target(s) and what our Ideal Customer Profile is;
future sales tech stack.

Besides that, you will also:

define new lead generation opportunities and workflows;
define, create, and implement our sales strategy to achieve our business targets;
define, build, test and optimize our sales funnel(s);
setup our sales metrics and key initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve our sales processes;
create and update our sales materials to make sure they resonate with our prospects’ problem and drive conversion;
explore new opportunities to generate new leads and partnerships;
build our new CRM platform;
experiment with different channel prospecting campaigns to understand what works best;
share insights and findings with the teams.

The Heineken Experience is the Home of HEINEKEN, a unique venue and experience in Amsterdam where you can taste the story of the world's most famous beer. Our Sales & Marketing Team is young and energetic, and focuses primarily on the promotion of the tour and our event venues to a widely diverse audience both local and international.

You will report to and have guidance from our Sales & Marketing Manager, Benjamin but will also have direct interactions with the rest of the team (content and communications specialist, digital specialist, designer, creative, etc.)!


Wat vragen wij?

For this position we are looking for someone who has:

has 2+ years of experience in Sales, prospecting, full sales cycle and/or sales Ops;
strong work ethic and continuous learning attitude
an entrepreneurial spirit and are able to come up with unique, out of the box prospecting ideas
great communication skills and can easily connect with prospects and build relationships with them whilst building interest and excitement in our services and products
GTM skills and an analytical mindset
a proven record of hitting sales targets

Besides that you are:

native or fluent in English (Dutch is a plus but not mandatory)
able to clearly identify customers’ pains and articulate and demonstrate our value proposition that solves that pain
a doer. You strive to grow and develop and never back down from a challenge
