Our client is looking for an financial administrator to help them manage their finances. You will be responsible for managing effectively all processes that relate to financial information sharing, invoice approval & price claims processes in The Netherlands for defined external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a certain portfolio of customers for which you will perform all invoice & claims management. Responsible for receiving the invoice, properly transcripting it into our P&G system (partially automated, partially manual), checking with Key Account Manager whether OK to pay or not. Once confirmation received, own the payment run;
  • Responsible for the overall payment accuracy target as well as reduction of price claims for your portfolio;
  • Be the SPOC( single point of contact) externally to specified customers, and internally with the Sales team & Key Account Managers;
  • Set-up regular communication with your customers to understand the status & follow-up on urgent item;
  • Maps processes at customers, increase and improves Retail processes internally.
  • Signals simplification and accuracy opportunities regarding systems and work processes;
  • Shares bi-monthly results with Sales team .

Key performance indicators:

  • Payment on time score on target (Measure of P&G external performance related to invoice handling & claims management);
  • Signals Improvement of processes and systems and aligns this with CCS-C..

  • A competitive salary between 13,75 and 22,37 (per hour based on a 40 hour workweek, and experience);
