What does this role Involve?

As a Digital Retail Marketing Manager, you are responsible for creating brand impact and consumer - demand for the Zalando account across Western Europe. In this role, you will drive a cohesive brand conversion plan for the account that is grounded in consumer insights and commercial planning. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships, able to manage multiple stakeholders and demonstrate independent thinking.  

What will you be doing?

  • Strategic planning: Have a vision for the future and create Integrated Retail Marketing plans that grow the Converse brand & business at Zalando  
  • Brand planning: Extend our Converse WE brand direction and seasonal priorities through impactful IRM plans that connect and engage with the Zalando consumer 
  • Relationship Management: Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to understand the business, create opportunities and drive a collective vision 
  • Data & insights: Obsess the consumer journey, driving full funnel digital plans that deliver ROI. Optimize data, insights and consumer trends to provide rationale on IRM plans and initiatives 
  • Product presentation: Drive the agenda for how Converse shows up at Zalando through visual merchandising, managing the experience within the partners digital ecosystem ensuring Converse standards are always met  
  • Account knowledge: Be the expert on the Zalando account including their consumer mindsets, buying behaviors, content performance, marketing trends and overall business
  • Holistic marketplace planning: Partner with our territory marketing teams to deliver fully integrated seasonal plans and leverage key city opportunities 
  • Budget management: Manage the marketing budget for the account including forecasting and in-season tracking and optimization 
  • Reporting: Communicate successes and share learnings to further enhance the performance of our IRM plans

  • Strong Keynote & presentation building skills.
