We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The role is for 40 hours per week, with a 11 months contract to start with.


What does the role involve?


As the Digital Platform Growth (DPG) Junior Professional, you'll be part of the Nike Digital Direct Commerce (NDDC) organization driving the future unbreakable relationships between Nike and athletes*. The DPG team is accountable for owning and implementing the platform (Nike.com & Nike App) vision within NDDC.


As part of the team, you will be working in a highly x-functional environment to support the implementation of high impact initiatives that satisfy platform, commercial and membership objectives; you will play a key role in helping us to identify opportunity areas for our platform to inform our vision and initiatives; you will also assist in the GTM plan for new digital capabilities.


What will you be doing?


  • Vision: Support the analysis of our platform at a high-level to inform the platform vision. This includes understanding key member/shopper trends, auditing the platform experience, and helping to identify improvement or opportunity areas.
  • Vision: Manage and maintain key platform artifacts (documents) to ensure enable appropriate dissemination of platform-specific materials across the organization.
  • Initiatives: Support the Lead Professional in the definition and implementation of dedicated x-functional initiatives for the platform. This includes preparing for key forums/meetings/brainstorming sessions, delivering insights, managing stakeholders, etc.
  • Capabilities: Support the Lead Professional in the GTM process for new capabilities across our platforms. This includes maintaining and sharing documentation, helping to build use-case or requirements lists, providing analysis/insights, and collaborating with legal and privacy teams to ensure capabilities are compliant.
  • Opportunities: Support the Insights & Analytics intake process for the team. This includes managing the list of key business questions that need to be answered to serve the platform vision or platform initiatives and capabilities.
  • Opportunities: Lead the conception and implementation of platform-content initiatives. This includes briefing content and collaborating with content operations teams, gathering input from product/merchandising teams to define product selection, analyzing content performance to provide and implement recommendations for improvement, etc.

  • 2 years of Professional experience, ideally working in digital ecommerce or digital marketing.
  • Experience working on complex projects. Agile experience a plus but not required.
  • Experience working in a highly x-functional environment.
  • Presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to set clear expectations and communicate in a clear, constructive manner.
  • Highly structured and organized – proficiency in Airtable a plus but not required.
