What You Will Do

At our client’s company, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your digital marketing skills in an international, fast-growing, and dynamic environment. You are a driven professional with some experience in managing paid digital campaigns. You know how to optimize these campaigns to boost visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation. Additionally, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, managing, and executing digital campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, Demandbase, Spotify, YouTube, and more;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute campaigns aimed at attracting Mid-Market and Enterprise clients;
  • Ensuring landing pages are optimized and provide a user experience focused on driving conversions;
  • Experimenting with new channels, testing their effectiveness, and refining strategies based on the results;
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and maximize value for the business;
  • Working closely with platform partners (such as LinkedIn and Meta) to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Wat vragen wij?


  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2C or B2B digital marketing;
  • Experience managing digital campaigns on B2B platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Demandbase, Google, etc.;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights;
  • A hands-on mentality, driven by optimization and testing outcomes;
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
  • Experience with pan-EMEA or APAC markets, or within the tech, marketplace, or delivery industries, is a strong advantage.
