Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is immediately available to support us during this maternity leave (5 months temporary contract).

 

What does the role involve?


As the Digital Marketing Manager, you are responsible for creating brand impact and consumer demand across our key account. In this role, you will drive a cohesive brand conversion plan for the account that is grounded in consumer insights and commercial planning. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships, able to manage multiple stakeholders and demonstrate independent thinking.  

 

Core accountabilities


  • Strategic planning: Have a vision for the future and create Integrated Retail Marketing plans
  • Brand planning: Extend our brand direction and seasonal priorities through impactful IRM plans that connect and engage with the consumer
  • Relationship Management: Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to understand the business, create opportunities and drive a collective vision
  • Data & insights: Obsess the consumer journey, driving full funnel digital plans that deliver ROI. Optimize data, insights and consumer trends to provide rationale on IRM plans and initiatives
  • Product presentation: Drive the agenda through visual merchandising, managing the experience within the partners digital ecosystem ensuring our standards are always met  
  • Account knowledge: Be the expert on the account including their consumer mindsets, buying behaviors, content performance, marketing trends and overall business
  • Holistic marketplace planning: Partner with our territory marketing teams to deliver fully integrated seasonal plans and leverage key city opportunities
  • Budget management: Manage the marketing budget for the account including forecasting and in-season tracking / optimization
  • Reporting: Communicate successes and share learnings to further enhance the performance of our IRM plans

Wat vragen wij?

  • 2+ years working in a Marketing Manager role either in-agency or in-house
  • Digital Marketing background essential and solid understanding of how to leverage the digital space
  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Marketing or related field 
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal communications) is required.
  • Experience working within youth culture / fashion
  • Experience in project management essential
  • Account management experience essential
  • Knowledge of marketing and business analysis tools
  • Strong Keynote & presentation building skills
  • Exceptional communication & presentation skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize workloads
  • Proven ability to negotiate
