We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The role is for 40 hours per week with a 10 months contract to start with.

What does the role involve?

We are looking for a Digital Experience Specialist to optimize Nike’s Digital Commerce experience. As part of the 365 Experience team within Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC), you will focus on putting the consumer at the center of everything we do. Your primary goal will be to optimize their journey on and Nike App, making it easy for them to browse, decide, and purchase Nike's digital assortment while driving revenue and


In this role, you will support NDDC's mission to engineer growth by creating the best retail experience for Nike Members. You will be responsible for optimizing the digital user experience (UX) to create seamless and frictionless consumer journeys for all Members.

The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, be innovative and proactive, and effectively manage changes and complexity to adapt to changing priorities.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you'll be responsible for enhancing Nike's digital user experience to make it easier for customers to find and purchase the products they are looking for. Your efforts will contribute to Nike’s digital growth and improve the overall shopping experience for customers.

On a typical day, your tasks might include:

  • Audit the NDDC consumer experience, identify UX opportunities, analyze data, and recommend and implement actions to optimize the conversion funnel.
  • Partner with x-functional partners to bring digital initiatives to life.
  • Read and React throughout the season to help deliver digital business targets using reporting tools to review and analyze the consumer journey: site traffic through to conversion in relation to business targets.
  • Manage complex projects involving different stakeholders that would require clarity and collaboration.
  • Build dashboards and reports to interpret and analyze the user experience data to draw insights and share them with relevant stakeholders.
  • Build presentations and update UX guidelines and best practices.
  • Optimize pre-seasonal processes to ensure smooth seasonal planning and execution, managing partners and conflicting priorities.
  • Manage the day-to-day platform experience, including site merchandising, optimizing product placement throughout online navigation, search results and product walls, marketing creative and product presentation based on analytics (click-path, traffic, AOV, conversion, etc.), and A/B testing results.
  • Work with the NDDC 365 team to lead the execution of special projects and initiatives tied to business priorities.

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with online retail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and making persuasive & clear presentations
  • Proven analytical skills, ability to translate (retail) data into insights and business actions

Bonus - it’s a plus if you also have:

  • Experience in Digital platform ecosystems or Nike Platforms.
  • Experimentation and Adobe Target experience is a plus
  • Experience with web technology, platforms, tools, dashboards, roadmaps
  • Experience in UX or digital consumer journeys
  • Project management experience
