Customer Success Coordinator

For Heineken International, based in Amsterdam, we are looking for two temporary fulltime additional colleagues for their enthusiastic team, one 1-year and one 6-month assignment.

As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will be the end to end single point of contact for the EMEA Export & Global Duty Free customers regarding Order to Cash flows (ordering, forecasting, invoicing, etc). In addition, you will be responsible to provide your customers with regular visibility of their account statements and work with the finance and commercial teams to ensure no overdue payments for the accounts under your responsibility.

The Customer Success Coordinator will also manage all supply chain activities making the bridge between customers and the breweries ensuring your customers always have the most up-to-date information. You will also be taking an active part on the resolution of production capacity constrains working together with your colleagues to ensure the right priority of shipments that maximize value for Heineken and our customers and simultaneously ensures no out of stocks. Your team spirit and customer centric attitude will be key to ensure you set the right priorities and secure we deliver On Time, In Full with no errors.

You are someone that constantly looks for ways of improving current processes and ways of working making sure we keep on surprising our customers and maintain our position as best in class.

In an ever-changing world with increased complexities you will need to continuously re-think your ways of working to ensure they are the most adequate to serve our customer.

You will work close together with area export managers (AEMs), Trade Marketing, Finance and your counterparts at supplying OpCos so ability to work in a team is crucial.

Wat vragen wij?

- Preferable 4 years’ experience required in a logistic or export environment.
- Affinity with Demand/Supply planning, S&OP, Customer Service.
- MS Office, Power BI
- Project management
- Knowledge of SAP
- Fluent English language required
- Can Do’ mentality
- Takes ownership and follows through
- Flexible, agile and open for change
- Eager to continuously improve supply and logistics related processes and takes a pro-active role in identifying & revising non-optimal processes.
- Uses KPI's & analytics to track operations and highlight (potential) problem areas. Strives for operational excellence.

- A good salary conform Heineken CAO (€2.724 - €4.007)

You will be officially based in Amsterdam but while restrictions around COVID-19 are in place, you will be working from home. This role reports to the Customer Success Manager.
