Customer Service - Tesla

Are you a great communicator who loves to solve difficult matters and situations? Do you enjoy working in fast paced and international environment? Do you have experience in customer support? Then you are the Adecco candidate we would like to recruit for the vacancy of roadside support specialist at Tesla

 

At roadside assistance you will help Tesla users who experience issues with their car. You will try to solve the problem or arrange a solution and at the same time you will be constantly in contact with the customer. You will try to help the customer in the best way possible to quickly get them on the road again.

 

‘Excellent’, you say, ‘But what will be my responsibilities?’

  • You are the voice of Tesla: the friendliest first line representative of the Tesla brand, mission and products
  • You listen to customers, evaluate their needs and put your ever creative brain to work to resolve roadside, technical and general support enquiries
  • You are really connected with the brand Tesla, for this reason there’s no problem in educating your customers about Tesla’s products and services. You always have the customers best interest in mind to help them in the best way possible
  • Quickly and precisely you coordinate the best course of action for all support activities
  • You keep an accurate record of support cases and communications
  • You are aware of sales opportunities for service, subscriptions, accessories. You always try to improve what and how Tesla serves their (existing or future) customers.

The roadside assistance is reachable 24/7. The employees based in Amsterdam will be supporting the team by working in shifts. This may include weekends as well as morning- and evening shifts. The team based in America covers the night shifts.

On behalf of Tesla, Adecco is supporting them with recruiting roadside assitance in order to help them to make their team complete. Tesla is an American producer of electric cars, trucks and energy storing systems for houses, industrial and electricity networks. 


Wat vragen wij?

Who are we looking for?

  • You’re a master in the English language, and in at least one of the following European languages; German, Danish, Norwegian, French.
  • You have customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role.
  • You learn fast and like to work closely with all kinds of people
  • You adjust well to a fast-moving environment. You have no issues prioritizing and managing multiple tasks at once.
  • You are keen to work with a sharp attention to detail.
  • You live in or around the area of Amsterdam
