At our client, you will have the chance to play an important role in delivering excellent service to customers every day. You will primarily be responsible for administrative support while also having direct contact with customers.

 

The position is for 40 hours per week.

 

Here's what your tasks will look like:

  • You will be responsible for accurately creating invoices and credit notes in SAP, ensuring smooth financial transactions;
  • Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in efficiently processing and adjusting orders and deliveries within SAP, ensuring seamless processes and timely customer deliveries;
  • You will regularly communicate and coordinate with Essity Customer Services and internal teams, actively sharing information and collaborating to provide excellent customer service;
  • Furthermore, you will participate in engaging conference calls with logistics partners, planners, and export markets, contributing to strategic decision-making and the optimization of global operational processes (after an onboarding period).

The client is a prominent international hygiene and healthcare company committed to improving well-being through everyday-use products and solutions.Your new team consists of 3 colleagues and 1 manager.


During your onboarding period, you will work fully in the office, with the option for remote work with occasional office presence afterward.


Wat vragen wij?

What are we looking for?

  • Mbo+ or hbo level of education;
  • Preferably, experience in a customer service department;
  • Proficiency in Office and SAP;
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or German is a bonus.

  • Switching gears and organizing are second nature to you.
  • You thrive in optimizing processes.


What can you expect from Adecco?

  • An attractive salary ranging from €2,500 to €3,300 gross per month based on a full-time contract.
  • Initially, a 6-month contract.
