Within this organization, the 'Control Tower' plays a key role in managing the entire supply chain for our clients. Here, international transport flows and stock movements are carefully and efficiently coordinated. To maintain the high quality of this service, we are looking for motivated colleagues to further support international accounts.
What will you do?
- You will be the first point of contact for customers, end customers, and carriers, ensuring optimal client relations by providing timely and accurate information about ongoing shipments
- Handling and archiving incoming complaints
- Preparing and participating in weekly and monthly evaluations with customers and carriers
- Independently and quickly resolving complex and ad hoc issues
- Initiating corrective actions in case of problems or complaints
- Managing and registering deviations, returns, and claims
- Contributing to process improvements and creating progress reports
To be eligible for this position, you must currently have permanent residency in the Netherlands and possess the necessary documents to work in the Netherlands.

Wat vragen wij?
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Mbo+/Hbo working and thinking level
- Work experience in a Customer Service and/or international department
- You are solution-oriented and can switch quickly between different tasks
- Affinity with logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- You can work independently, but you also enjoy working in a small, close-knit team
