Incoming calls; Order entry, processing of customer orders; Internal Sales, issues presented by customer and field sales; Confirm orders and prepare packing lists for the warehouse/ shipping; NCR procedure, RMA procedure and credit applications; Support of field sales staff as required; Efficient upkeep of IT reports; Technical assistance to customer; Guiding & supporting of purchasing requirements; Post / filing / archiving; Interface with contacts in the US and Europe, as require.

Wat vragen wij?

Customer service medewerker
Multi-lingual incl. Dutch, English and at least one of the following: German, French, Spanish, Italian or Russian; Strong customer facing skills; Ability to respond to sales or engineering related enquiries or complaints from customers; 2 or more years’ customer service or application experience; Strong verbal & written communication skills; SAP is an +, not must, CRM Dynamics; Occasionally willing to travel (if requested by the site).
