Customer Service Rep. Native Englishe

As customer service representative you are a member of the sales organisation and responsible for the customer and sales representatives in the field, for all processes around quoting, order management and product information.


Your key role responsibilities are:

  • primary contact for customers. All activities you execute in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Creation and administration of quotes based on the instruction of the outside sales representatives
  • Accurate order entry in management tool
  • Management of open orders, communicate delays to customers, follow up on due and overdue orders internally with traffic and material management
  • Phone duty, answer tot telephone calls assuring the highest possible availability on the phone
  • Create up- and cross-selling opportunities taking inquries from customers as a possibility.
  • Claim handeling from customers
  • Administration of stock returns.

We offer:

  • Salary between € 2700,- and € 3200,- gross a month
  • 25 vacation days, 8,33% holidaymoney, 5% extra salary for ADV
  • Travelmoney from 10 km.

Our client is based with their head office in Tilburg but they are international oriented. Therefore they have technical offices throughout the whole world.
