Are you passionate about customer service and would you like to work in an international environment? Then this might be the perfect job for you! We are looking for someone to join the Customer Service Team in a German / English speaking role.

 

What are you going to do?

As a customer service employee your main tasks will be as follow:

  • Enter quotes and orders in SAP
  • First contact to customers
  • Inform customers about status of orders
  • Handle warranty, return and credit requests
  • Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)
  • Take care of internal requests and all other incoming requests
  • Proactive order follow up

Wat vragen wij?

  • Have excellent German and Danisch, Swedish or Norrish language skills in speaking and writing;
  • Minimum MBO+ degree;
  • Experience in a service oriented environment with strong emphasis on making it as easy as possible for the customer. Realizing and if possible exceeding the wishes of the customer;
  • Familiar with MS Office and SAP / MRP systems.


The working conditions

You will be working in a modern and professional environment in which you can develop yourself. The salary indication for this position is between € 2.500 and € 3.000 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience. In addition, you get 25 days of holiday on a yearly basis with fulltime employment and you can combine home (2 days) and office work (3days). You will get a contract direct from our customer, holiday allowance and a 13th month.
