Are you a great communicator who loves to help people with all types of questions? Do you enjoy working in fast paced and international environment? Then you are the Adecco candidate we would like to recruit for the vacancy of support advisor at Tesla

 

As a support advisor you will help all (potential) Tesla users. You will give the customers advise and information about the product and the company and you will try to help the customer in the best way possible with their purchase or question.

 

‘Excellent’, you say, ‘But what will be my responsibilities?’

  • You are the voice of Tesla: the friendliest first line representative of the Tesla brand, mission and products
  • You listen to customers, evaluate their needs and put your ever creative brain to work to resolve roadside, technical and general support enquiries
  • You are really connected with the brand Tesla, for this reason there’s no problem in educating your customers about Tesla’s products and services. You always have the customers best interest in mind to help them in the best way possible
  • Quickly and precisely you coordinate the best course of action for all support activities
  • You keep an accurate record of support cases and communications
  • You are aware of sales opportunities for service, subscriptions, accessories. You always try to improve what and how Tesla serves their (existing or future) customers.

Tesla's support team is available from monday till saturday between 8 am and 7 pm. You will be supporting your team by working fulltime and in shifts.

On behalf of Tesla, Adecco is supporting them with recruiting support advisors in order to help them to make their team complete. Tesla is an American producer of electric cars, trucks and energy storing systems for houses, industrial and electricity networks. 


Wat vragen wij?

Who are we looking for?

  • You’re a master in the English language, and in at least one of the following European languages; Norwegian, Danish, Icelandic
  • You have customer service experience
  • You learn fast and like to work closely with all kinds of people
  • You adjust well to a fast-moving environment. You have no issues prioritizing and managing multiple tasks at once.
  • You are keen to work with a sharp attention to detail.

 

What do we offer?

  • A salary of ±€2500 euro per month
  • A Tesla contract for 12 months;
  • 14% shift allowance, on top of your hourly wage from monday to friday and on saturday even 33% extra
