Customer service agent Acer

Are you fluent in English and fulltime available? Do you have experience in customer contact and are you service orientated? Would you like to help customers with questions regarding Acer’s products and do you have technical affection? Than this might be the job for you!


As helpdesk employee you will support businesses and/or individuals from the UK with their questions about consumer electronics of Acer. The function consists of both inbound as outbond tasks via different channels, like telephone, e-mail, and chat. Presales support of Acer’s products will also be a part of your job. 


Before you will start you will go through an extensive training program to get to the necessary level of knowledge and skills.


You will be working fulltime (40 hours) from Monday till Friday. Your training will be at the office in Den Bosch. After you are fully trained, working flexible from home might be a possibility.

Acer is an electronic producer. They are one of the five biggest companies in the world regarding to consumer electronics. The product range includes laptops, tablets, desktop-pc’s and other consumer electronics. The office is located in Den Bosch and easy to reach by car and public transport.  

Wat vragen wij?

  • Minimum MBO 3 degree or equivalent education
  • Full time available
  • Experience with customer contact
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language in speech and writing
