The role that we have available is based at the European Headquarters in Hilversum. We have a 6 months contract available with the intention to extend. The candidate needs to be available for 40 hour per week.


What does the role involve?

As a CRM & Paid social Specialist, you will lead the email trigger program with a data driven approach, always having our consumer in mind. You are comfortable with data and analytics, but also able to give contribution on the creative part.

You are a communicative person, able to connect and align with internal and external stakeholders to create the best experiences possible for our customers.

As customer behavior will be the starting point of everything you do, you are able to analyze data and to get actionable insights from it. You are also able to share these with the relevant stakeholders, spreading a data-driven approach.

As you will contribute to drive a mindset shift, you need to be able to speak-up and always bring CRM point of view to the table with different stakeholders.

As you will manage paid social campaign related to product storytelling, defining channels, targets and products, you are able to merge your social media knowledge with a data driven approach towards customer behavior.

You will also drive the acquisition strategy for in order to get qualitative members in our database, leveraging relevant contents in the relevant channels, getting the most from the budget allocated.

You have a passion for sport and fashion, and you are able to drive and spread a consumer-centric mindset in the team.


What will you work on?

You will help to communicate to our consumers, build journeys for them. The goal is to collect the signals that customers gave us in order to transform those in actions that can help Converse in building a long-lasting relationship with its consumers. You will also work on paid media campaign, in order to increase Converse consideration and to acquire new qualitative consumers in our database.


-     Analyzing customer’s behavior in order to be able to gain actionable insights

-     Working closely with content team, experience and external agencies to build relevant journeys for our consumers, aligned with business priority

-     Working closely with agencies to execute the plan

-     Report on the performance of the different campaigns, get actionable learnings and apply these in the different campaigns

-     Define an acquisition strategy along the year and act upon this to acquire qualitative members with a dedicated budget

-     Plan and execute paid social campaigns in order to increase consideration and conversion, targeting the right audience, with the right product, with the right channel and increasing ROI

Wat vragen wij?

·        A minimum of 2 years experience in CRM / Direct Marketing

·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or Similar

·        Deep knowledge of CRM space

·        Ability to autonomously run email campaign

·        Strong analytical skills

·        Aesthetic eye and attention for details

·        Good communication skills

·        Good knowledge of social media environment and ability to run successful campaign

·        Team player, able to involve and motivate relevant stake-holder

·        Customer-centric approach in every activity

·        Knowledge of BI tools, Office package (Excel and PowerPoint) and SQL knowledge is a plus
