As Costumer service Agent / CCC Agent you are working full-time on customer satisfaction. English is the main language within this multicultural organization. You work together with colleagues from different nationalities. It is a long-term and fulltime job in Apeldoorn.

As Costumer service Agent / CCC Agent you will be in contact with customers on a daily base. The contact is via email, telephone and chat. You are responsible for recording and handling all incoming and outgoing customer contacts. You do this in a correct, professional and customer-friendly way, complying with the target figures as agreed with CCC clients. The function is service oriented. No direct sales or technical / product information related activities.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:
provide customers with product information by phone, chat and mail
take orders and register orders completely according to the script
handling complaints and update the customer with relevant information
process credit card payments in accordance with privacy policies
Keeping records, reporting and administrative tasks
Any other duties assigned by management

The company consists of several departments. A vacancy is open to expand the team of the customer service department. We are looking for a costumer Agent with full professional proficiency of the French language.


Wat vragen wij?

We are looking for a person with professional proficiency of the French and English language, written and verbal (native/near-native).

Job requirements:
MBO diploma or equivalent level of work skills
Working experience with handling customer contact
Professional proficiency of the English language
Full professional proficiency of the French language, written and verbal (native/near-native, Dutch is not required)
An service-oriented attitude
Preferably experience with CRM tools/systems

For this position we are looking for a candidate who is proactive, who has Excellent communication skills and is able to work independently as well as part of the team.
