Adecco are delighted to assist a fantastic growing household appliances business who are recruiting for a Controller on a full time permanent basis.

Reporting to the CFO in Switzerland, our client has an opportunity for an experienced Controller, to join a dynamic growing team. During this unprecedented period our client has been fortunate enough to grow their business exponentially resulting in growth across the business sectors.



  • All-rounder in accounting with good skills in controlling
  • Experience in e-commerce and in the consumer goods industry an advantage
  • Support and monitoring of the monthly and annual financial statements according to local GAAP in cooperation with the CFO
  • Collaboration and partial responsibility for the forecast and budget process
  • Responsible for accounting (general ledger and subledger incl. payments and travel expenses)
  • Review and approval of credit limits
  • Collaboration in projects and the optimization of finance and accounting processes
  • Cost monitoring and control, marketing expenses, investments, sales deductions, etc.)
  • Preparation of evaluations, analysis and statistics
  • Processing of taxes (VAT, corporate tax, reconciliation of accounts), independently and in cooperation with external consultants
  • Inventory analyses
  • Contact person for internal and external stakeholder in financial matters
  • Close cooperation with CFO and international operations of the company

Wat vragen wij?


  •  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance (preferably in a similar role in an international environment)
  • Experience in working with multiple legal entities
  • Strong comprehension skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking
  • High degree of initiative and problem-solving competence
  • Good team player, flexible, adaptable and reliable
