Content Specialist

  • Preparation of Support content according to business needs, audience and priority and according to business guidelines. Determine best media format and create required materials
  • Publication of validated Support content to dedicated digital support channels
  • Manage translation of content, supervise validations of translations, and ensure publication of translated content
  • Collection and analysis of user feedback on content, and create proposals for corrective actions
  • Identify and study opportunities for use of new presentation technologies and/or optimization of existing presentation; create proposals for use and implementation.

Wat vragen wij?

a)   Dutch and English, level C1 or similar, written and spoken

b)   Additional languages is considered as an asset

c)   Familiarity with content editing and technical writing

d)   Familiarity with web publishing; working knowledge of HTML and WYSIWYG editors

e)   Experience curating content from multiple sources

f)    Affinity with computers and other consumer electronic products

g)   Affinity with multi-media (video/animation) production tools is considered as an asset

h)   Competencies: Outstanding communication and grammar skills; ability to work autonomous and independent; customer-focused and ready to drive continuous improvements
