Consumer Direct Marketing Manager Rise/Live

Join the EMEA Nike Rise/Live stores marketing team and be an integral part of our Rise/Live concept store roll-out across the EMEA marketplace!

 

We are looking for a CDM (Consumer Direct Marketing) manager for inline stores for 12 months, starting asap for 40 hours per week. A talented brand marketer and a highly experienced project manager.


Our Rise/Live store concepts exists to serve our consumers in the city as well as in their local neighbourhood, helping them to make sports a daily habit on their terms and needs. Through these store concepts we’re leading with our member activations and O2O (online to offline) led journeys. 

 

What does the role involve?

  •  Lead all marketing efforts and activation for store openings that includes a 3 phased opening campaign, creation and implementation of retail brand deliverables – all of which are member and O2O led
  • Work with Visual merchandising for retail brand deliverables
  • Align and track stores marketing KPIs with stakeholders
  • Manage production/installation brief and execution with agencies
  • This role requires a huge amount of x-functional work and alignment across relevant stakeholders within our Nike Matrix and external parties
  • Budget tracking input making sure all stakeholders land on target and within financial gates
  • Coordinate marketing input to store opening re-caps
  • Own the weekly marketing meetings related to store opening project
  • Attend a high volume of weekly of x-functional meetings, provide functional updates and swiftly follow up actions
  • Regularly create and present marketing updates per store project

  • Bring a minimum of 4-5 years of store concept marketing and/or retail marketing experience is a must.
  • Experience from sports retail is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of project management
  • Experience in working x-functionally, in a matrix system and with agencies is a must
  • In-depth understanding and appreciation of Visual merchandising
  • Have a solid understanding and appreciation of O2O marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High experience working with Keynote, MS office and SAP
  • Fluent in business English both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to demonstrate high performance in a fast-paced environment, be stress resistant and have a collaborative and positive mindset
