As an Assistant, you will provide superior support and coordination for the Business Operations team. You will perform a wide range of administrative duties, involving but not limited to, the following:
Coordinating department or equipment moves; ordering and maintaining office supplies; reviewing and screening incoming mail and copying and distributing materials.
Manage a complex calendar and orchestrates a full range of meeting, event, and travel arrangements.
Support with the on boarding of new colleagues.
Data entry of financial information.
Utilizes computer skills and business knowledge to create graphic and text presentations often under tight timeframes and limited direction.

Wat vragen wij?

You have several years of experience in a support level capacity. Besides that, you have knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment. You have a flexible work mentality and capable of managing priorities in a demanding international environment. You have experience with managing calendars and meetings and you are fluent in English (verbal and written).
