Looking for an exciting new challenge within Design? We might have the right opportunity for you at the world’s largest sports company as Brand Creative Designer – Western Europe!


We have a 6 months contract available and are looking for a candidate who is immediately available for 40 hour per week.


What does the role involve?

You will be responsible for designing marketing campaigns from the Converse brand across every consumer touchpoint in our own ecosystem as well as playing a pivotal role in developing and evolving our creative approach with external wholesale partners and editorial channels. The expectation will be to consistently work to drive and implement our vision through the team, removing strategic problems as we go. With this you will be able to prioritize your workload, prioritizing various workstreams, team support and any additional needs for you to be successful.

You are a brand designer with experience implementing across various mediums including Art Direction, Graphic Design and Digital Communication channels. 

You have shown ability to build clear, emotive and innovative work across multiple platforms. You're both able to participate, influence and help shape strategy, digesting complex information in order to lead your team through creative concepting, development and execution.


You thrive and are exceptional at crafting the detail all the way from brief to delivery.


You have a natural passion for art, design and communication and proactively work to stay ahead of all new trends. You have experience commissioning external talent in the creative community and are an expert when it comes to briefing and critiquing the work of others. You continuously look for new talent and work to grow your creative network in all areas. You are passionate about new technology and creating multi-channel campaigns.


  • Experience in art direction and design with agency or brand that will materialize in creating and delivering regional large scale creative campaigns
  • Ability in developing coordinated marketing and editorial designing.
  • Knowledge of current trends in colour, technology, communications, experience, art and other design influences
  • Expertise in art direction and production, visual design, motion design and user experience design combined with solid knowledge of how to use today's digital channels and new technologies.
  • Experienced storyteller and able to present and sell-in creative concepts and execution ideas with senior leaders and internal and external partners.
  • Exposure to, and in-depth understanding of consumer behaviour.
