As an administrative employee you are responsible for the planning, communication and other admin tasks for one client. You make sure that the goods of the customer arrive and leave the warehouse in time. 

More specifically:

  • coordination and planning of in- and outbound shipments;
  • follow up on customers requests regarding urgent orders and other issues;
  • monitor the process of your department and of the warehouse;
  • prepare paperwork of in- and outbound transport;
  • monitor kpi's and identifty deviations in time;
  • participate in daily and weekly internal/external progress meetings;
  • compiling various reports;
  • keeping workinstructions up to date.

Working hours of this fulltime job are between 8.30-21.00 o'clock in shifted work schedule.

Wat vragen wij?

You need an intermediate level or degree to execute this job properly. Also you have good communication and administrative skills. Preferably you have experience in logistics and knowledge of MS Office.

It is an advantage if you speak Dutch however your English had to be fluent. As a person you are flexible, structured, accurate and service oriented.
