For the French market we are looking for a Administrative Assistant to support the local service organization in achieving their goals (20hr pw.).

You are accountable for service revenue and the team based revenue targets.


Main objectives:

  • You will support the responsible for comercial tenders by coordinating the tender process with the tender team, local service team and Inside Sales;
  • You will prepare and compile submission documents in relation to tendering activities and submit them in a timely manner;
  • You will fill out the tender questionnaires and prepare the pre-qualifications;
  • You ensure that the tender submissions are in line with customer's tender requirements;
  • You will monitor the tender submission process for completeness, consistency and compliance.
