Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Administrative Business Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders, advising on value creation, and leading cross-functional projects for process improvements.

Your duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Understand their objectives and needs and provide support;
  • Advise stakeholders on strategies to add value to their goals and contribute to business outcomes;
  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at increasing spending effectiveness and generating process improvements;
  • Conduct industry, market, macroeconomic, and supplier research;
  • Monitor the implementation of procurement strategies and processes in various markets/clusters to achieve process improvements;
  • Manage the execution of local or cross-affiliate projects in collaboration with the Hub Procurement Manager and the Category Management team.

Wat vragen wij?

  • English, Chinese language skills in a professional way, and Dutch is a pre;
  • You have 2-5 years of experience in administrative business operations;
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
  • You have the ability to think critically, solve problems, and drive initiatives to achieve business objectives;
  • You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
