Account Manager Germany


We are looking for an enthusiastic independent Account Manager who will be responsible for managing new and existing (key) accounts on the German market. In this role, you will focus on selling our installation services to EPC companies specialising in large-scale solar projects on land and rooftops. This role includes actively shaping the annual sales plan, engaging customers through impactful meetings, leading contract negotiations and proactively searching for (new) suitable customers within your responsible segment. You will work closely with colleagues from various departments at headquarters and play a central role in driving the company's growth and market presence.

Founded in 2017 and now active in 17 different markets across Europe. They have 2 offices in both Prague (HQ) and Eindhoven.

You will work in a small, ambitious and young team in the heart of Eindhoven. Together with your immediate colleague, you will be responsible for sales activities. You will focus on the German market. The mutual click in the team is very important. Wat vragen wij?

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English. Preferably complemented by a good command of Dutch;
  • Preferably some sales and/or commercial experience, preferably in field sales (but this is not a requirement);
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships;
  • Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Willingness to work in Eindhoven office and travel throughout Germany, occasionally to Prague (HQ);
  • Higher professional education e.g. in commerce or a technical direction, providing a solid basis for the position;
  • High degree of independence.
