Account Manager and Vendor Manager (W&S)

We are looking for an account and vendor manager, on fulltime basis (from Monday till Friday).

Your primary role will be to constantly improve business and relations with existing clients to ensure revenue and profitability growth. You will be managing local suppliers within the Benelux region for external services and suppliers. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

·        Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships;

·        Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your account;

·        Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors;

·        Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives

·        Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement;

·        Forecast customer revenue and profitability and ensure they are met.

·        Planning, steering, controlling and reporting of projects with regards to scope, time, quality, risks and budget.

·        Take part in weekly conference calls, submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

·        Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

·        Evaluate and Manage external suppliers for warranty services

·        Keep track of different orders and external repairs

·        Manage Freight forwarders and carriers and approve their invoices in the finance system

The product range includes laptops, tablets, desktop-pc’s and other consumer electronics. The office is easily reachable by both car and public transport.

What do we ask?

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Service Industry as Account or Vendor Manager
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent education is preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Dutch identification of Customer needs and challenges
  • Good Networking and negotiation skills
  • Skilled in project and time management
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Willing to travel in Europe for work

  • A salary between 50 and 70k a year (depending on your education and experience)
