What will be your daily bussiness?

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Employee Relations management system and make sure the team meeting agenda is up to date.
Taking minutes during meetings will also be part of the role.
Filing and maintenance of Employee Relations distribution lists, ER onboarding planning and assisting the team in daily operations.
Coordinating employee correspondence and also more admin related tasks are part of your daily responsibilities; offsite arrangements, like travel / transport / accommodation / events / room booking / meals, etc.
Employee Relations training; creation of presentation training decks, registering attendees and sharing follow up resources.

This is a 6 months assignment, that may be extended.

Wat vragen wij?

Makes decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own priorities and allocation of time to meet deadlines;
You are fluent in English both written and verbal;
Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Organizational skills and able to work with confidential information;
Some experience in a similar or office management role is needed.
